Why is it profitable to open a business in the UAE?
Economic and political stability
The UAE is a relatively young state. Its rapid growth and development are due to the competent policy pursued by the government of the country. High economic well–being was achieved by means of oil revenues and skillful investment in the development of the most promising areas which are industry and tourism. By now, the UAE is a prosperous country with a constant flow of investments from outside and a stable economic system within the state.
Developed infrastructure
The country is located between Europe and the East. This creates excellent conditions for infrastructure development and the UAE is actively using this. The country has the world's largest airports and seaports, providing high passenger and cargo traffic. This is very beneficial for large companies that trade goods as the UAE has fast access to Europe and the East.
Foreign investment protection system
Entrepreneurs from all over the world are attracted by the almost complete absence of taxes in the UAE. Also, an undoubted advantage is the avoidance of double taxation. The Government of the Emirates has already signed more than 100 such agreements with different countries. It is enough to get a tax certificate and start using this advantage for your own purposes. Moreover, on the territory of the UAE there are so–called free economic zones - areas with preferential tax and customs systems.
Residence permit for foreigners
Those who invest into business in the Emirates can obtain a residence permit in this country and have the rights of a resident.
Simplified business registration system
This was done in order to attract foreign capital and facilitate the work of entrepreneurs from other countries. However, when approaching the registration procedure, you need to look at the scope of the planned business. Depending on the industry, the process may vary.
